With the heat doing it's hot thing, I thought we'd go for a bit of a refreshing recipe this evening. I headed over to the Chatelaine website to see if anything would catch my eye and other than the fact that I spent way too much time on the site and bookmarked about 50 recipes, I did end up picking one for tonight.
I chose to to with a taco salad. Light, yet filling. At least, I hope it will be. Here is the link to Chatelaine's taco salad.
